We offer a wide variety of group fitness classes that are free for all members. Whether you are a beginner or a pro, we guarantee you will find a class that will fit your needs. With over 150 classes offered each week, you'll find everything from low-impact and beginner classes, to cardio fitness, dance, Pilates, cycle, advanced cycle, Yoga, kickboxing and more.

YMCA group fitness classes are for YMCA Members within the age groups:

12 – 14-year-old minors may attend non-equipment-based classes with an adult
-
15-year-old minors and up may attend any Group Fitness class

Group Fitness Schedules

A mix of cardiovascular and resistance training in the shallow end of the pool. Great for beginning to intermediate level exercisers with minimal impact. You do not need to know how to swim to participate!

Group Fight is a gripping hour that burns a ton of calories and builds total body strength.

Group Power® is a one-hour, cutting-edge strength training workout designed to get you muscle strong and movement strong.

A 30-minute core-conditioning workout that uses your body weight, resistance tubing and weights to tighten and tone your midsection. Exercises are designed to improve your functional strength for better mobility and injury prevention.

Group Ride® is a 60-minute cycling experience brought indoors that will get you heart, lung, and leg strong.

R30® is a cycling workout that will improve your cardio fitness and muscular endurance in only 30 minutes

Yoga combines physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques to strengthen and lengthen the muscles, improve mobility, and relieve stress. 60 minutes in duration.
