We offer a wide variety of group fitness classes that are free for all members. Whether you are a beginner or a pro, we guarantee you will find a class that will fit your needs. With over 150 classes offered each week, you'll find everything from low-impact and beginner classes, to cardio fitness, dance, Pilates, cycle, advanced cycle, Yoga, kickboxing and more.
YMCA group fitness classes are for YMCA Members within the age groups:

12 – 14-year-old minors may attend non-equipment-based classes with an adult

15-year-old minors and up may attend any Group Fitness class

Group Groove ® is a sizzling cardio experience that will make you sweat with a smile. During this energizing hour of dance fitness, you’ll experience a fusion of club, hip-hop, and Latin dance styles set to the hottest current hits and the best dance songs ever produced! Grow longer and stronger with Group Centergy ®, an invigorating 60-minute mind-body workout. It incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for strength, balance, mobility, and flexibility. Emotive music drives the experience as you breathe and sweat through this full-body movement journey. REDEFINE YOUR SELF.

Group Ride is a huge calorie burner that builds great-looking legs! It’s a 60-minute cycling experience brought indoors. Roll over hills, chase the pack, spin the flats, climb mountains, and sprint to the finish! Feel the thrill of energetic music and group dynamics as you get all the benefits of authentic interval training. RIDE ON!

Group Power ® is a one-hour, cutting-edge strength training workout designed to get you muscle strong and movement strong. It combines traditional strength training with full-body, innovative exercises using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, body weight, The STEP ®, heart-pounding music, and expert coaching. GET MUSCLE & MOVEMENT STRONG!

Group Fight ® is a gripping hour that builds cardio fitness, total-body strength, and coordination. Combine the hottest, adrenaline-fueled MMA movements from the boxing ring to the fighting cage with cutting-edge exercises from outside the octagon. Thrilling music and motivational coaching will get you fighting fit. FIGHT FOR IT!

Group Blast is 60 minutes of cardio training that uses The STEP in highly effective, athletic ways. It will get your heart pounding and sweat pouring as you improve your fitness, agility, coordination, and strength with exciting music and group energy. HAVE A BLAST!

R30 will get you fitter and feeling better in only 30 minutes. It’s a cardio workout that is as easy as riding a bike. Inspiring music and motivating coaching will get you to burn calories, improve muscular endurance, and build cardio fitness as you ride with surges, short intervals, power, and end with a rush. A mix of cardiovascular and resistance training in the shallow end of the pool. Great for beginning to intermediate level exercisers with minimal impact. You do not need to know how to swim to participate!
