At the Y, we believe swimming is a life skill. The Y has more than 110 years of experience teaching people to swim. We have certified, caring staff trained to handle swimmers of all ages and abilities. Our swim lessons are designed to increase participant knowledge, ability, and stamina in order to build smart, strong swimmers, and confident kids.

🐣 Beginner Level Critical Skills
The main goal for Beginner lessons is water comfort and safety.

🐬 Intermediate Level Critical Skills
The main goals for Intermediate lessons are unassisted movement and basic stroke skills.
